Attorney Nadia S. Khan
Ms. Khan handles all types of family law cases, with a focus on child custody litigation. Ms. Khan has successfully represented clients in pre and post nuptial agreements, post-decree modifications of custody and/or child support, parentage cases, adoptions, termination of parental rights actions, and orders of protection involving domestic abuse.
Ms. Khan seeks to listen closely to the goals and objectives of her clients and provide honest and realistic legal advice to help achieve those objectives to the greatest extent possible. Ms. Khan will work to resolve disputes when possible, but is prepared to go to trial and advocate for her client’s rights aggressively and passionately before a judge.
In addition to family law, Ms. Khan advises business clients in drafting documents such as business agreements, bylaws, non-compete agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other transactional contracts.
Ms. Khan represents clients in DuPage, Cook, Will, Lake, and Kendall Counties. She currently resides in Oak Brook with her husband, four sons, daughter, and stepdaughter. Ms. Khan is fluent in Urdu and Hindi.
